Můj cirkulář z 21. 4. 1938, deník č. 137/38, cirkulární depeše Státní policie ve Vídni z 30. 3. 1938 č. 2410 resp. dálnopis Tajné státní policie Berlín ze 14. 4. 1938, č. 2130, se mění v tom smyslu, že Židé cizí státní příslušnosti již nepotřebují zvláštní povolení k výjezdu z Rakouska.
Dodatek pro služebny Státní policie:
Prosím, aby o tomto opatření byly neprodleně informovány komisariáty pohraniční policie a stanice pohraniční policie.
